1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Codular ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Codular is a no-code mobile app builder that allows users to design, build, and export mobile applications. The platform includes:

  • Visual app designer with drag-and-drop components.
  • Flow-based logic editor for app behavior.
  • AI-powered app generation and modification.
  • APK/AAB build and export for Android.
  • Community marketplace for sharing templates and extensions.
  • Asset management and cloud storage.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Platform to:

  • Build apps that violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Create malware, spyware, or apps that harm users.
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
  • Distribute hate speech, harassment, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or overload the Platform.
  • Scrape or collect data from the Platform without permission.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the apps, designs, and content you create using Codular. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your projects.

Our Platform: Codular, its logo, design, and underlying technology are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Platform itself.

6. Community Marketplace

  • You may publish templates, components, flows, and extensions to the community.
  • By publishing, you grant other users a license to use your shared items.
  • You must not publish content that infringes others' rights.
  • We reserve the right to remove any community item at our discretion.

7. Builds & Exports

  • Build services are provided as-is. Build times and availability may vary.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your apps comply with Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies.
  • We are not responsible for apps being rejected by app stores.
  • Built APK/AAB files are your property and responsibility.

8. Payment & Billing

  • Free tier features are available without payment.
  • Premium features require a paid subscription.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your projects, data, and uploaded assets will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

10. Limitation of Liability

Codular is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from Account Settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
