• Project Data: App definitions, screens, components, flows, and assets you create in the builder.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the platform (pages visited, features used, build requests).
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device type for analytics and compatibility.
• Uploaded Assets: Images, fonts, Lottie files, and other media you upload to your projects.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Codular platform.
• To build and compile your mobile applications (APK/AAB).
• To store and serve your project assets (images, fonts, media).
• To send important updates about your account or our services.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and abuse.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
• Password hashing using bcrypt.
• JWT-based authentication with expiring tokens.
• Assets stored on Mobcraft Storage with secure access controls.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Mobcraft Storage: For asset storage (images, fonts, media files).
• Google Gemini / Groq AI: For AI-powered app generation features.
• MongoDB: For database storage.

Apps built with Codular may integrate third-party services configured by the app creator (Firebase, Razorpay, Stripe, etc.). Those services have their own privacy policies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only:

• With your consent.
• To comply with legal obligations.
• To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. When you delete your account:

• Your profile information is permanently removed.
• All your projects and their data are deleted.
• Uploaded assets are removed from storage.
• Community items you published remain but are anonymized.

8. Children's Privacy

Codular is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
